| NB: The 19x19/38x38 grid Mini-Mesh and
12x12/38x38 Micro Mesh are also available in nominal panels sizes up to
1220x3660: However, as these are prone to inconsistencies in load bar
spacing & grid patterns we recommend the Mini and Micro Mesh based
on the main 40x40 grid as they are always consistent.
The following are regular stock size panels. However, where a lead
time of 6-12 weeks is available custom size Mini-Mesh and Micro Mesh
panels can be made up to 1527x4047. To calculate the nearest closed side
dimensions work downwards in 40mm modules: e.g. 1487x4007, 1407x3927,
1527x3727, 1447x4047 etc |

Micro6.8 !! At the
time of publishing Envirowalk Micro 6.8 is the only Micro Mesh available in
Australia with openings less than 8mm square - They are just 6.8x6.8 with
all load bars and in-fill load bars same surface thickness and providing a
completely symmetrical, aesthetic appearance and a TRULY HEEL-PROOF GRID
PATTERN. The base grid pattern remains at 13x13/40x40 with dependable
symmetry in both directions. |

EnviroTread range is available in both Standard Mesh and Mini-Mesh. Standard Mesh
EnviroTreads can be
either 38mm or 50mm thick. Mini-Mesh EnviroTreads are available only in 40mm Thick
panels. All EnviroTreads are supplied with a Grit anti-slip surface and may be
obtained in a variety of colours subject to order quantity. EnviroTreads
generally have a nosing that is of a different colour to the main body of
the Tread. A solid Black/Grey FRP Kickplate can be bonded and pop-riveted
along the back edge of Treads if required - or supplied separate for DIY.

Safety nosing is 76 x 25 mm, 65x10 50x20 and 50x50 and normally available ex stock in lengths 2420 mm
and 3020mm. Lengths may be cut
to desired lengths if
required. Stock nosing is Type VE resin. The safety nosing has the excellent traction afforded by long lasting
silicone grit and is an excellent precaution in wet areas.

Covered Top FRP grating is a Standard Mesh Grating with a
3mm or 5mm thick plate bonded to the upper surface. (A checker Plate style
surface is also available.)
For standard panel dimensions please refer to the tables
provided above for open mesh gratings.

Grating |
  Although Pultruded Grating has only 1-directional load bearing properties, it
has exceptional strength and is able to provide much greater load spans than the
equivalent height molded grating. Load Capacity details and panels sizes are

Some Clip/Fastener combinations:
NB:
1] Envirowalk does not
recommend use of C-Clips as they eventually wear away at the load bars. However,
we do carry certain stocks for the standard 38x38 grid mesh. We do not carry
C-Clips for Mini-Mesh.
2] Envirowalk also does not
recommend use of L-Clips as they usually prove to have insufficient strength.
3] Because support
materials vary considerably in material type & dimension fastener bolts & nuts
are generally supplied only with Type 'C' Clips. However, Envirowalk will source
fasteners for specific materials upon request and do carry certain special
fasteners for wood and polished head bolts for Mini-Mesh clips..
Clips are manufactured from
grade 316 Stainless Steel.
